Every One Campaign - Asia
Save the Children Asia has recently launched EVERY ONE campaign Asia community site. It has been created for the campaign supporters as well as all people concerned about the well being of children in Asia to exchange and replicate ideas as well as become engaged in a heated debate on the situation of children in Asia.
The site has been fully integrated with facebook and twitter and member status updates, blog, video and photo updates, and can be automatically forwarded to their facebook profile page and twitter accounts. Similarly as in facebook and twitter, Save the Children’s community site will provide its members with their own profile page and ability to communicate with other members as well as possibility to interact with different Asia member countries.
Apart from networking www.every1.asia aims at providing its users with the latest information on Every One campaign and on children in Asia in general.
EVERY ONE campaign is Save the Children’s biggest campaign ever launched. The main goal of the campaign is to prevent children from dying before they reach the age of five. Almost 9 million children born alive across the world die every year before reaching five, around half lived in Asia. India, China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Indonesia are the countries in Asia where Save the Children runs its campaign.
